It's already time for our 3rd meetup of the year! We're very excited to have Dylan Sellberg, from HubSpot, talk to us about how Facebook Messenger will revolutionize your customer relationships.

Meeting your audience where they are is a core requirement for successful business reach and results. All audiences have turned to real-time conversations and chat channels as a preferred way to communicate, with Facebook Messenger leading the pack. As current methods of communication such as phone calls and emails struggle to maintain relevance, it's time to innovate. In this HUG, you will learn all about how businesses are using Facebook Messenger today and learn how to create an optimal customer experience for your business on this new channel. Dylan will also walk through the Facebook Messenger tool in HubSpot, providing tactical examples of ways you can get started with this emerging channel right away.

Dylan Sellberg is a Product Manager at HubSpot. He started his first business at age 11 and has been learning ever since. Today, Dylan collaborates with HubSpot design, engineering, and product teams to deliver remarkable products to help HubSpot’s customers grow better. Dylan is really excited to talk to the Houston group.
